Nest Hotel Incheon

I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel in Incheon, where I stayed for one night. Everything was exceptional, from the stunning design of the hotel to the breathtaking view from my room. Its location, very close to the airport, was exactly what I needed, making my stay incredibly convenient. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly Mr. Peter Kim at the front desk. I had the misfortune of losing a piece of luggage on a local bus, and Mr. Kim proved to be a truly remarkable person. He provided incredible support, going above and beyond: at night, he not only located my luggage but even brought it back to me. Such professionalism and dedication are rare and left a deep impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its excellent facilities and ideal location but also for its outstanding staff, especially Mr. Peter Kim, who truly makes a difference. A 5-star experience!

The hotel is very nice and service is great but charging $45 per person to use the pool is crazy… we had a hour to kill before our flight and booked this because the pool, only to find out it’s at an additional charge which is nearly the price of our room for the night for two people. I have never heard of a hotel charging to use the pool before….kinda upsetting now we are just sitting in the lobby….

Doesn’t provide any Marriott Status benefits. For 50,000 KRW more you can stay at the Hyatt. Which is closer to the airport anyways. Much nicer property. I will never return here.
