My room was cozy and stylish, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. And the food? Simply amazing! From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a treat. The spa was the cherry on top, offering a perfect way to relax. If you need a mix of business and pleasure, Nest is the place to be!

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER BEWARE: I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at M Gallery Resort was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn other travelers—especially international visitors. From the moment I arrived, the problems began. The location is absolutely terrible—tucked away and nearly impossible to find. Even our professional taxi driver couldn’t locate it without calling multiple times for directions. That alone should have been the first red flag. But the real issue was the shocking lack of hospitality. The front desk manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’ve never experienced such cold, careless treatment at a so-called luxury resort. There was no effort to make us feel welcome, no proper communication, and zero interest in resolving even the most basic concerns. This place has no business operating under a high-end hotel brand. Customer service was nonexistent, management was indifferent at best, and the entire experience felt more like a hassle than a vacation. If you’re visiting from abroad—do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. M Gallery Resort was a complete disappointment from start to finish.
