Nest Style Beach Hotel Zanzibar

I spent 5 days in this hotel. The hotel is located in a beach which is quiet and has a significant change of tide, during low tide is not possible to swim. The beach is clean and the sea is beautiful. An advantage to this hotel is that it is not in a touristic area hence less hassle from sellers and people offering things all the time as in the other beaches. The area is quiet, so you have to think of relaxing and enjoying the time in the hotel or taking some tours. I highly recommend this hotel, the people working are very kind and the food is great, with lots of options for vegetarians. It is a must to take at least half board.

Was really good and great service and very quiet and respectful to everyone. But … suddenly the big family came to celebrate maybe around 20 people and was feeling like we were in someone’s party who rented all hotel . Probably they were family of the owner or manager but it was very disrespectful to other visitors 😡 they were very loud and annoying ( not kids ) and they ate on the swimming pool just in the water . The party was till 1 am and it was terrible … unfortunately the end of vacation was not peaceful and relaxing I think that the staff and management should solve the issue of comfort for all vacationers and not just for some. If the company is very noisy and bothers other vacationers and they started complaining about them, then in other hotels there is a rule of silence and respect for others. Why were some allowed to eat pizza right in the pool, and others are not allowed to take food from the cafe for lunch pizza... also loud discos until 01;00 were only after the arrival of this company, usually according to the rules until 23;00 .... but it's good that it was at the end of our vacation, because otherwise it would have been completely ruined. It's very sad for those people who came to rest and relax, and instead were forced to rest with discomfort Once again , The staff served this company and there was a manager or supervisor present with them. On the second day the staff tried to explain that they could not serve them directly at the pool, to which the man pointed out that they were allowed to and they continued to do so (the staff) despite the others and the rules!!!!

the rooms and the place are beautiful... and that's where the advantages end. The bar staff are a bunch of thieves who, when they see a white man, treat him like an ATM! They don't spend a lot of money, they give you bills three times higher, or they give you a menu without prices and say they checked it themselves... the bar and the service are a disaster. I do not recommend this place
