Staff were very accommodating to our needs for an early check in after day surgery around the corner. Slept so well! Very comfy bed. Quiet and comfy rooms, lovely leafy outlook, close to yummy restaurants, great sauna, gym and spa facilities.
Customer liked the room and given lack of local supply, this'll be the spot. Great proximity to restaurants and HPH.
Beyond horrible, upon arrival there was no one there to check you in. The rooms were morbid and dirty, half inch of dust behind toilet and along tiles. The bath was disgusting patches everywhere. The kitchen a haven for virus's. Comfortable bed that's all. We were booked for 4 nights, left after 1.... No staff visible at any time. I am being generous with 1 star. I don't know who is writing the reviews, but obviously people that have never stayed there.. I am just updating my review as all I have said is correct, However I have had a very professional conversation with management who approached me.....They have professionally sorted a lot of my grievances. Thank you.
