Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel

TBH I was a bit nervous about staying here (for 12 nights) as I'd seen some other negative google reviews. It turns out that I had nothing to worry about, the location was great, the staff were friendly (we had a few strange requirements!), the rooms were clean, the parking was a bit tricky but do-able. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

This apartment was excellent. It had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy and everything was clean and fresh. The fully appointed kitchen had a full oven and even a dishwasher, and the bathroom had a washing machine and dryer. We loved our stay, and would come back to Nesuto St Martins for sure.

We will not be staying there again. We needed a wheel chair park. We were not told when we arrived where one was and there parking is horrible underground and so small you need to be a good driver. So we parked in two parks so we could get my dad out of car as you need more room for a wheel chair. That night at 10.55 when we were all in bed the Indian guy at reception came knocking and yelling on our door and trying to ring the phone we were all asleep I heard the door but wasn't answering it at that time of night. It says guests have to be quite after 10pm. What a joke. Then we ordered dinner and took it up to our room and the room key wouldn't work so we couldn't get in. so I went down and the guy didn't even say sorry or anything just put it on his machine and said it will work now and tried to laugh that it was him that knocked on our door. The stuff are very rude. The carpet was worn no heat pump in room. The plates in cupboard was dirty. When I had a shower the bubbles came up in plug hole in bathroom in middle of floor. Very noisy place and you pay a lot of money for rooms plus 30 a day for that little scary carpark. So yep stay there at your own risk. Oh yea most of the time only one elevator worked. And the smell in them at times was horrible.
