Neva Boutique Hotel

Excellent location - close to everything. Staff very friendly and attentive. Facilities exceptionally clean and modern. All essentials were provided in the room, including water, kettle, and plenty of counter space/storage. Our room had a balcony overlooking an orange tree in blossom, which smelled heavenly. Breakfast is served on the roof with beautiful views of the city and sea. The offering looked meagre to start with, but more and more dishes kept arriving to tempt us. We especially enjoyed the homemade doughnuts, which we'd not encountered elsewhere in our travels. It was a bit blustery on the roof the morning of our stay, but we were kept topped up with hot tea and coffee. Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable stay. This is the greatest hotel I’ve stayed in Kas. The location is right in the Center of Kas. The rooms are new and so clean. The service is impeccable and people who work here are the best. They serve breakfast at the rooftop with a great view. I loved it

This has got to be the worst hotel I've dealt with in Turkey. on 30 July, I booked and paid for a room at Neva Hotel Kas for a trip in November, choosing the “Flexible (Esnek İptal)” option because I wanted the peace of mind of being able to cancel if needed. Just a minute after booking, I realized I had made a mistake and tried to cancel. That’s when the nightmare started. The website had no option to cancel or change my booking, and the email listed on their site bounced back as invalid. I tried WhatsApp, but no one replied. Finally, I called the hotel, thinking it would be a quick fix. Instead, the staff member who answered was incredibly rude. As soon as I explained the situation, he first said there was no reservation under my name, and then he said “no cancel” and hung up on me. It was shocking. The hotel openly advertises flexible cancellation, but in reality, they refused to honor it and gave terrible customer service. I’ve traveled to Turkey many times and stayed at many hotels, and this is the worst experience I’ve had. If you’re considering Neva Hotel, be careful—their “flexible” booking isn’t really flexible, and you might be ignored or treated rudely if you need help.
