The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Some of the rooms layout was ok and the bathrooms were very small and tight. On our 2nd stay we had a good spacious room and nice bathroom. The location is good and central with the tram line just around the corner. There are also good restaurants close by. The view from the breakfast restaurant upstairs is good
The location is definitely a big plus – it’s within a pleasant walking distance to Hagia Sophia. However, the rooms are really very small, so I would recommend this place mostly for people who don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel. I honestly don’t like saying this, but the breakfast was quite poor – it was really hard to find anything suitable to eat.
Issues from start. First, they don't have parking (even though they say there is valet parking), none at all. You have to find parking yourself. I found the closest 15 min walk from the hotel for 600 tl. AC is not working. (They changed our room) it wasn't working there either. The bathrooms are small and smell bad. Had to keep windows open. Breakfast included, but you have to pay extra for omlet. Stayed two nights. It was terrible. It is not worth its price. Would not suggest to anyone. Only good things are friendly personal and location.
