Nevali Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a modern bathroom. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough each day. The location of the hotel was also a big plus. It was close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

Stayed one night, July ’24, on tour London to Van & back– 28 hotels & this hotel was the exceptional one. ALL staff from the door-man & security on arrival to the Manager on departure were impressively courteous, efficient, helpful & very professional without being condescending. Cleanliness - good to a very high standard [and we are v fussy!!] Food - excellent choice & service prepared to a high standard. Position - on the edge of the main city with view from the restaurant on the top floor, part open, which must be seen especially at night. Somehow we will find an excuse to revisit when we return to Turkey this Summer. From the UK so apologies for not in Turkish!

The hotel does not look like a 5 star hotel, when we checked in there was a bag of trash from the previous tenants in the room, every day 2-3 bath towels in the room, although there are 4 people in the room, the elevator works with a card, every day one of the cards stops working. The breakfast is very poor, at 8 am the plates are already empty and nothing is added. We have a room with breakfast, and you have to pay separately for cappuccino, this is complete nonsense. There is no coffee machine in the restaurant so that guests can make their own coffee. At the reception they said that the pool is not working, and when we went to the spa we saw that it is working. We came to the hotel for the holidays, hoping to have a great time, but unfortunately this is not about this hotel. Although the hotel is located next to the road, it is not clear how to get there, especially in the evening.
