New Age Boardinghaus P5

I've been a regular guest for around 1.5 years. The rooms are large and well-equipped (e.g. coffee maker, refrigerator, kitchenette). Cleanliness of course. It is a 5-minute walk to the educational campus. This time I had visitors over Pentecost and ordered breakfast for the first time. Even though we were pretty much the only guests, TOP! Service. Very rich, tasty and wonderfully prepared. And all of this at an absolutely fair price. So overall, New Age is a very clear recommendation!!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und saubere und anständige Zimmer! Ich hatte leider falsch gebucht (einen Monat später), aber trotzdem wurde mir ein Zimmer gesucht und gefunden (und das Hotel war voll). Ich bedanke mich noch mal recht herzlich bei dem freundlichen Personal, dass dies so wunderbar ging und kann nur Leuten empfehlen, sich hier ein Zimmer zu buchen.

The rooms are well equipped, such as a kitchenette, with a fridge, stove and refrigerator, except for air conditioning, which is missing, which brings us to the negative point. The building is extremely well insulated, so it stays warm in summer and winter and doesn't cool down too quickly. And since you are close to the main street, there is a certain amount of noise if you have the window open at night. The bed has a slightly harder degree which was ok for me. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach a restaurant, a Lidl with DHL Packstation and a bank I would recommend full marks for air conditioning.
