New Black Stone Hotel

The place is perfectly situated. The main market in Al Rigga is relatively close by. As soon as you exit the hotel, you will be surrounded by a bustling environment that will make you feel like you are in Dubai. The staff's conduct and service were both good. The rooms are tidy and clean. If you ever plan to travel to Dubai, I advise you to reserve the accommodation.

My husband and I stayed at the Blackstone and were impressed by the friendly and helpful service of all of the staff. They made our stay comfortable and tried to meet all of our requests. My husband left his wallet somewhere in the hotel and didn't realize it , Waqar (Pakistani) security guard, found and returned it to him... his honesty was greatly appreciated. Meg was also very helpful. All of the staff were very good and went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others. There was only one negative thing we experienced and that was one morning housekeeping came while we were sleeping. When we awoke and told them they could come clean the room it took about 8 hours for them to come and bring fresh towels.

Overall for the price it's ok. They have a restaurant inside the hotel very easy to access. It says smoke free rooms but smelled like cigarettes to me. You have to leave a deposit of about 100 dirhams, if you don't they keep your passport. They do return your money back at check out. Just make sure to remind them.
