New Century Grand Hotel Kaifeng

因為在開封有房子，並沒有住宿這家飯店，但是從前台往湖邊走，已經在湖裡邊繞了一大圈，雖然目前是在建設之中圍籬圍著，仍感受到施工之前與完工之後壯觀優美。應該是一間值得入住的飯店。

I am someone who is very particular about hotel service. However, this hotel is fantastic, and five stars don't do it justice. The service is outstanding, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They go above and beyond their duties. One staff member, in particular, stands out: Hong Li. done for my parents.From Hong Li, I truly experienced the simplicity, kindness, diligence, and dedication of the people of Kaifeng. Through her, I saw the high quality of the Chinese people and the prosperity of China. It made me even more proud to be Chinese. I am very particular about hotel service. However, this hotel is outstanding and five stars would not be enough to describe it. The service at this hotel is excellent, the facilities are complete and the staff are very friendly. Their service goes above and beyond the call of duty. Special mention should be made to an employee named Li Hong. She is professional, meticulous, considerate and cares deeply about her guests. She even picked up my parents at their house in person when I booked a hotel for them overseas. I'm so grateful for everything they did for my parents. Through Li Hong, I deeply felt the simplicity, kindness, diligence and dedication of the people of Kaifeng. From her, I saw the high quality of the Chinese people and a prosperous China, which strengthened my pride in being Chinese.

Rooms facing the lake area have a great view, and some have large terraces. The breakfast service was good and the view was great.
