I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The animation team is keeping you entertained and moving, Ahmed in reception is such a kind man and helps you with everything. The people in restaurant do everything to make you feel good. And the food is really, really delicious! Maybe the hotel room is not exactly 4 stars as in Europa, but we had so much space as they gave us 2-bedroom with living room. You can have drinks and snacks all day if you want from different bars. The little beach side is kept clean. I hope the people in there get paid well as the service is really good and this is what really makes this place worth visiting again! 🌞

Their style is absolutely lovely! The staff is incredibly helpful, and the food is delicious—don’t hesitate to ask them anything. It’s such a welcoming environment, and I highly recommend it! If you have kids, it’s a fantastic place for families, with plenty of kid-friendly options. Plus, there’s no alcohol, and you can enjoy unlimited dishes, snacks, and beverages

My Review of One Week at New Eagles Resort: During my stay, I was truly impressed by the dedication and sincerity of the staff. They clearly strive to perform their duties with care and professionalism. However, their efforts are limited by the lack of resources and facilities available to them. Unfortunately, there is a noticeable gap between what is advertised online and the actual experience at the resort. The reality falls significantly short of expectations. Moreover, it seems that the management prioritizes short-term financial gain over maintaining quality standards. There appears to be little investment in improving materials, services, or guest satisfaction, which could harm the resort’s reputation in the long run. In summary, the resort is managed with little attention to quality or long-term value, despite the commendable efforts of its young and hard-working staff who genuinely try to please guests. Overall rating: 60% – 3 out of 5 stars.
