New Gate Hotel

During our four-day stay at New Gate Hotel, we experienced commendable service right from the start. Arriving early in the morning, the staff accommodated us with an early check-in, displaying flexibility and attentiveness.The cleanliness of the rooms was noticeable and contributed to a comfortable stay. Despite our room's location on the second floor facing the bustling main street, the soundproof windows effectively minimized outside noise, allowing for peaceful rest.The personnel's conduct was acceptable throughout our stay, demonstrating a level of professionalism and courtesy. New Gate Hotel boasts an advantageous location, conveniently situated near both metro and bus stations, granting easy access to public transportation. Its proximity to the city center adds to its appeal, allowing guests to explore the vibrant heart of the area within a short distance.Moreover, the hotel's strategic position places it just 20 minutes away from the iconic Atatürk Monument, a significant landmark in Antikibir. Additionally, its close proximity, only 20 minutes from Atatürk Boulevard, ensures quick and convenient access to one of the city's main thoroughfares.Considering both the cost and the facilities provided, New Gate Hotel emerges as a commendable choice. The balance between affordability and the amenities offered makes it a worthwhile option for those seeking comfort, convenience, and reasonable pricing during their stay.

The hotel is not very busy. Conveniently located close to train station. For business travelers the download speed is pretty good (meaning you can stream videos on YouTube no problem) but if you will have an online meeting, because the upload speed is low so people on the other end cannot hear you clear. I just used my own cellphone data.

The appearance of the hotel is good, But Don't be fooled by the appearance of the hotel and the photos, the behavior of the morning shift staff, especially the old woman who owns the restaurant, is awful. That woman follows the passengers in the restaurant and counts the number of people's bites and warns everyone with a very ugly behavior to eat less breakfast, the owner of the restaurant is a liar and disturbs the passengers, you will hate staying in this hotel. The refrigerator inside the room is empty and each bottle of water is charged at 10 liras. They don't give you any service, even you have to take the luggage to the room yourself. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
