It was great experience, staying in New Haus in Fremantle. Spacious, clean and perfect location. Staff very helpful and make our trip truly memorable. We look forward to stay again in our next trip. Thank you and appreciate.
We had a deluxe room and it was minimal and cold in design with an all grey look and one black and white painting. Grey can look great when tastefully done, but this was not. The bathroom was spacious but strangely the vanity was so tiny. The soaps for the shower were also on the floor. Our aircon was not working well and there was a weird smell. Someone said they would come back about it but no one did. Service was so-so. However, the location is great. It’s so close to the Main Street where all the cafes and restaurants are. So that was nice. Although it was noisy at night, the windows did a decent job of blocking most of the outside noise.
Great location right in the heart of Fremantle's busy Market Street with plenty of room in the apartment. But unfortunately the room we stayed wasn't quite up to the standard we were expecting that wasn't helped by the noise from a bar next door with thumping music once it opened that meant we couldn't open the Windows or relax on the balcony.
