Rating: 10/10 – Exceptional stay! I had an amazing experience at New Hotel Piscine Wellness & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — professional, kind, and always available. The check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and well-equipped the room was. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both the room and the bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa and wellness area — a true haven of peace in the heart of Casablanca. The pool is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hammam and massage service were also top-notch. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to taxis and public transportation, but still quiet and peaceful. I also tried the restaurant: excellent food, good variety, and attentive service. Special thanks to the management and the whole team — you can feel that customer satisfaction is a priority here.
