The service was amazing especially the receptionist (Dženan). I hope he gets a salary rise in the nearest future. Feel free to deep dive in any topic w him, I am sure he will leave you speechless.
Reception offer me very good service,clean room,good breakfast and free tea,owner speak turkish,bosnian and english language and help us a lot. Definitly we will come again.
They tried to scam us with an additional fee of 50€ per person. We did not agree on that as the room price on booking.com was the same with an additional guest. They tried to force us to cancel the non refundable booking, and pay cash instead of over booking.com. After they started arguing we left this unfriendly place and booked somewhere else.
