My now wife and I recently got married at New House, and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. The grounds are beautiful, the view of the city is incredible, and the staff couldn’t have done more for us. Breakfast and dinner were also great. The Wyndham suite and marquee are brilliant for a wedding, and the Countess and Marques suites are perfect bedrooms for the occasion. We would 100% recommend this venue for a wedding or just for a hotel getaway.
Excellent room with a spacious bathroom and great shower. Lovely toiletries. Food very good quality. Preferred Monday's breakfast which was table service and had a wider choice, e.g. Eggs Benedict, to Tuesday's which was a buffet restricted to a Welsh breakfast. The view from the hotel across Cardiff and the Bristol Channel to Somerset is tremendous.
My overall experience in this magnificent hotel is amazing. You have the lovely view of Cardiff City while enjoy the peace and serenity of the place. The food is fantastix especially the breakfast buffet. All the staffs are very polite and friendly. They are all smiling and feels you are home. The rooms are big and clean which makes our sleep deep and comfortable. I will definitely go back in this place.
