We had a nice stay. The breakfast was also good with a variety of options. The rooms are a little out of date. I wouldn't say it's a 4 star hotel. Rather a very good 3 star. But all in all a good stay.
The service is good. Having said that, rooms had issue. We got a room where the AC leaked from the roof, the hotel gave us an alternative room( 👍). The second room also had issue with the shower, the floor of the shower felt as though it was about to break and the water clogged. Rooms seem clean at first but you will be able to see it's not well cleaned(we saw suspicious white liquid on walls).
Don't be fooled, it's not a 4-star hotel, max 3. It's old, worn down, in need of urgent repair. Behind the bed are full of dust, the curtains are dirty, there is mold in the corners of the shower cabin, even laundry menu paper left used. Bad sound isolation.
