Fantastic stay at this hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the city. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially from Döndü C. in room service, whose friendliness and attention to detail made our stay memorable. Overall, highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
Every day she was there Ms. DÖNLÜ A. greeted me, asked if my room needed making up, and if I needed anything else. She did everything perfectly, and even after making up my room asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything when I passed her in the corridor! Thank you.
