What's great? Room is big and comfortable. New and well maintained. Gym is well equipped and new. Bed is big. Has a bath tub! What to improve? Pool tiles are chipping off, be careful. Water seems to have too much chlorine? Is clean and clear, but too much chlorine makes it difficult to swim, as could be felt when by mouth. Not very warm service by hotel staff, but ok just treat it as no frills. Visit again? Yes. Also to try the in-house massage. No need to order breakfast as soon many good food around.
Clean decent hotel with a well equipped gym and nice pool. I enjoyed my stay here as it’s very strategically located just 100m away from the shopping area and relatively quiet surroundings.
The room was huge, we checked in early, before 1 pm, and got a smoking room! But after rereading Google reviews, I asked for a non-smoking room, and they let us switch. You gotta ask if you're bringing kids or older folks, or the air could be awful. There was no shower head, which was a pain. That's why I won't stay there again. Otherwise, it's close to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden, and there are massage places nearby. Oh ya, if you are driving to Hatyai, there's free parking for you
