First Impression met the reception oughhh..though is not rude, just bit smile won't hurt you. Offcourse Self Service with your Bag. Room Almost perfect, just minor only. Location super perfect. Breakfast not much variety, quite good for the taste. Deposit safely return in full amount.. Overall Good experience minus Reception smile and warm welcome.
For the services provided the hotel is a bit overpriced. Rooms are badly insulated against noise and it can be extremely noisy. Had to change my room after first night to the backside of the hotel and it got a bit better. Breakfast is nothing to write home about.
They do cheat for sure .. The pillow covers , bath tower if found a single dot would be subjected to hefty deduction from ur deposits...even the ac , balcony door lock were damaged n claimed tht we damaged . the cleaning girl is crooked and replaced one of the two umbrellas in cupboard with a different color at last moment and charged us 500 saying we stole their umbrella ... Petty tricks played and all ur deposits will be gone ... I called up tourist police even
