5/5 Stars - A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Tbilisi! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel New Tbilisi, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's location is simply fantastic - nestled in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance to all major attractions. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail in the rooms. As an Indian traveler, I was thrilled to find a jet spray/bidet in the bathroom - a feature that's often lacking in European hotels. It's clear that the hotel has taken into consideration the needs of international travelers, particularly Indians, who value this essential amenity. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel New Tbilisi to anyone traveling to Tbilisi. Its unbeatable location, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service make it a true gem in the city. *Special mention:* To the hotel management, thank you for understanding the needs of Indian travelers and providing the jet spray/bidet facility. Very inconsiderate! Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, our flight was canceled, Despite of the situation hotel refused to offer any flexibility no refund, no rescheduling, and no compassion. In times of global crisis, customers expect some understanding, especially when travel disruptions are beyond their control. Unfortunately, this hotel showed zero consideration, prioritizing strict policies over basic humanity. We do not recommend this place to anyone who values reasonable customer service.

Not Flexible During Crisis – Be Cautious When Booking We had made a booking at this hotel for tonight but were unable to travel due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Despite the widely reported and serious nature of the situation, the hotel refused to offer a refund or even a credit for a later stay. They did not consider the circumstances to be force majeure, which was both surprising and disappointing. Given the lack of flexibility and understanding in such a serious situation, I would strongly advise against booking this hotel unless you are already in the area or your plans are absolutely certain. In times like these, traveler support and adaptability are essential – unfortunately, this hotel offered neither.
