An incredible experience at New Wave Hotel! I had an absolutely amazing stay at New Wave Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable — exactly what you need for a relaxing getaway or a business trip. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the exceptional support from Senior Supervisor Ana. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, special requests, or just her friendly approach, Ana’s dedication to guests really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to hospitality, and she made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and if you have the chance to meet Ana, you’re in great hands!

Excellent stay in Batumi. The hotel has super localization, very near to the Boulevard. We've got and executive room at 17th floor, with great view, over the Black Sea. The accomodation was very good, nothing really to complain of. Our room was cleaned each day. Now, I don't consider it like a problem for us but when you want to switch on or off the climatization (which is central), you need to call an reception. The breakfast (in restaurant Atlantis on the 3rd floor) was very good for us, the ordered omellete was very nice, and the rest of the food was also tasty. The hotel has a nice pool with fresh towels, waiting for you at the loungers. The staff on the reception was so nice (shout out to Ruslan - this guy is super friendly, he gave us an fridge magnet when we were leaving :D). They even has an umbrellas for rent when is a bad weather and it's raining and you need one. I would recommend the New Wave Hotel to anyone, who want to spend some quality time in Batumi.
