New World Hoiana Hotel Vietnam

We recently stayed at Hoiana for a family trip with three adults and had a fantastic experience. Our room had a stunning ocean view and overlooked the beautiful swimming pool — waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip. Since we had three adults, we originally booked a room with two single beds and added an extra bed, which was arranged smoothly and comfortably. One lovely touch was seeing a personalized welcome message with my mom's name displayed on the TV when we entered — a small detail that made us feel truly welcomed. The staff, both at the hotel and the restaurants, were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone was warm and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a bidet spray, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Aside from that, everything was perfect. If I have the chance, I would definitely love to return to Hoiana again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and heartfelt service!

An Unforgettable Experience at New World Hoiana Beach Resort This hotel truly offers the best views with incredibly clean rooms. The nighttime view from my room was absolutely stunning. The hotel also features a casino, and during my stay, I received a special promotion where signing up for membership gave me free credits to play the slot machines. I got lucky and won an additional 50 USD! The breakfast was excellent - honestly, the best meal I had during my entire Vietnam trip. The hotel is a beachfront with beautiful ocean views and offers plenty of activities. If I had the chance, I would definitely stay here again. The staff provided exceptional service and took great care of me. One small request: please keep the soap and shampoo stocked in the swimming pool shower area - I noticed they had run out during my visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Mike bellman during my recent stay at New World Hoiana. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, courteous, and extremely helpful. He greeted me with a warm smile, promptly assisted with my luggage, and ensured everything was handled with care. What stood out most was his professionalism and attention to detail—he not only offered helpful information about the resort amenities and surrounding area but also went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed upon check-in. His friendly attitude and commitment to great service truly enhanced my stay. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.
