New World Phu Quoc Resort

We stayed at New World Phu Quoc Resort from August 5 to 7, 2025, and everything was absolutely perfect. The Family Premier Villa was spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed, with a private pool and premium amenities. The true star of our stay, however, was Mr. Quy Khuu, the Guest Service Manager. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our visit extraordinary. He made our whole family feel welcome and cared for. We’ve stayed at many luxury resorts across Asia, but this experience thanks to Mr. Khuu was among the very best. From the gate staff to the room supervisor, every team member contributed to a flawless stay. We can’t wait to return! Thank You

A big house is good for a family. I booked the premium pool villa there is two king-sized beds one on the first floor and the other on the second floor The New World is very very big so you should call for the buggy and the buggy is free and you can play bowling in the hub. You should walk to the other side of the bay kitchen then look right there is a lift to the second floor to the hub except for bowling, it has table tennis, billiards, and more to play in there and there are kids' activities in the kids' club Last I like this hotel I hope I come there again 😀

What an amazing stay we had. Five stars all of the way. This family friendly resort is world class. Firstly the staff were just amazing. Nothing was a problem for them, and they always responded very promptly. We reported a broken light in our villa, tradies were there within 15 minutes, and it was fixed within half an hour, very impressive. And a buggy was never more than a few minutes away to take us anywhere we needed to be. Also the food was amazing. The dine in villa menu was more extensive than the poolside menu for some reason, but wow, it was world class as well. The villa was magnificent, the pool in the villa was used a lot as well. On that, the main pool is just magnificent. Its location to the beach provided a view of paradise every time we went for a swim. There are plenty of items for hire to entertain as well, from floaties to sea scooters, balls to play volleyball, and soccer. And with lifeguards always around you know you are safe. I could go on for a long time about this place, it is just amazing and I will be back.
