New World Saigon Hotel

I tried the Coffee & More shop on the second floor next to the spa/gym. I had a wonderful experience sitting outside in the patio/garden underneath the big umbrella. The atmosphere was perfect and the cappuccino was excellent. I also had a “rum canale” tort which was delicious and satisfying. The two young men who worked there provided great service. The price was good as well.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at New World Saigon Hotel exceeded expectations. At check-in, David warmly welcomed us and made the whole process seamless and inviting—setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The business lounge bar was a standout highlight—offering a relaxing and stylish space with top-tier service and an impressive selection of food and drinks. Speaking of food, every meal we had at the hotel was exceptional. From breakfast to late-night bites, the quality, presentation, and flavors were consistently outstanding. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Van, Lucid, Nghi Tram, and Chien—you each went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Your warmth, professionalism, and personal touches made us feel truly valued and cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. We can’t wait to return!

I had such a wonderful experience at the New World Buffet recently. I’d especially like to express my appreciation for Mr.Benny, whose attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the meal. The entire service team was equally warm and efficient, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet, I was also impressed by the variety and quality of the vegetarian dishes offered. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented – a true delight even for the most discerning palate. Highly recommend this place for both the service and the food – and special thanks again to Benny for making our visit extra memorable
