Gorgeous hotel with classy decor and upscale service. Our room was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Staff provided us with extra toiletries and robes upon request. We have the Elite Club membership so we had access to the private elite lounge, which was great--it's stocked with snacks beverages and they also provide meals. Only imperfection was the view from our room, which was brick wall and an alley. Otherwise, superb experience.

We had 3 rooms for a large family group - all rooms were great. The breakfast for elite members was wonderful - hotel lobby had a nice lounge area where you can relax and have drinks by the fire place. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location of hotel provides easy access to cabs plus walking distance to many popular sites. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was easy to find and beautifully decorated. When I first arrived looking for my conference, the receptionist gave me a rude look and asked what I needed in a nasty way. I didn't pay much mind to it because I was running late. The next 3 days the staff and everyone were really nice and helpful. On the second day the conference was interrupted by a false fire alarm. Other than that my experience was good.
