New York New York Hotel & Casino

Been coming here over 20 years. I love my host, the vip room and all of the customer service. Its a phenomenal, comfortable, feels like home type of hotel and casino. They have the best food court, a roller coaster, and its very easy to get around here. The waitresses and drinks people are too awesome and even the people that work at the small vendor and booths are great! I absolutely adore it here!

Rooms were clean, housekeeping came daily with fresh towels, hotel was clean, definitely needs a refresh compared to some other hotels. I had to pay $70 for parking which sucks when you paid $1400 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. It should be included. Pool was freezing cold despite it being 117 outside plus closing at 7pm is too early. Great food choices. Piano bar was lots of fun and drinks were reasonably priced. My daughter loved the roller coaster.

The rooms have no coffee service no bottled water no amenities in the bathroom outside of body wash and shampoo. It did not feel like a luxury experience. There was a safe, but no refrigerator unless you wanted to rent one. The restaurants were good, but the gambling was not the machines were tight, not budging even a little bit. I wouldn't come back.
