Had a great 8 day stay here. It’s quiet and well located. Only minor issue, they didn’t fix a lamp despite multiple requests. But would still come back.
When going to Berlin, i always stay in New Berlin HOTEL. Clean, efficient, friendly. A perfect balance of price quality, for me. It is also just 5 min from where i have to be and close to tram and subway to town. A more bustling area with nice cool restaurants is just 10 mins walking. Going to the Museum area is a 35 /45 min metro ride. Not an area i like to stay overnight.
- Not enough parking on site, especially for late arrivals! - Only German speaking TV channels on offer - not a problem for us but it might be for others who don't speak German! - Rather expensive breakfast - a la carte - 18 Euros for a bowl of porridge! - No coffee / kettle in the room There is nothing wrong with the hotel as such just not what we are looking for / expect.
