Newly Renovated LAKEVIEW Vista Cay Condo

What an amazing location! The pool is very welcoming for people of all ages. The room is spacious andvery clean. Smelt very nice upon arrival. I love that they make taking out the trash very convenient with a bin outside my condo. Amazing!

I asked about changing the filter and they did it the next day. The air filter was filthy. The cell phone service isn’t the best inside the room because I couldn’t hear the other person when I made or received calls. I tried to communicate that to my ambassador, but he didn’t understand what I meant. Overall, I loved it here. One neighbor was pretty loud when they got up to get ready and I was still sleeping at around 7 or 8 am because the walls are somewhat thin. Just some minor setbacks. I love the full size washer and dryer. I love the whole 3 bedroom setup. The furniture is pretty modern and the kitchen was nice. The master bedroom is fabulous!

We had a room in building 4012 room 408.The room was so dirty. We had to sweep and mop the floors when we got there. The baseboards are so full of dust and dirt. Even the appliances were filthy. The walls were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. After a couple days of living in this I stopped in the office to let them know. They said they would have a manger reach out. 2 days later and have not heard a word. I have plenty of pictures I can share. We are on the 4th floor with a child under 3. The elevator was broken for 2 days! You could go up but couldn’t go down. Which made it very difficult using the stairs with a stroller. And…god forbid an emergency that we needed an ambulance. No way they could get a stretcher down the stairs. I have stayed in a lot of places and this is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. The worst part is they don’t care enough to reach out and we pay a $200 cleaning fee for us to come in and clean it! The pool isn’t bad but you can tell they don’t clean around the pool because papers and/or parts of balloons, from a game they play on the weekends are still everywhere. Nothing worse than going on vacation and living in these conditions. When we first walked in the room I was going to walk out and demand another place but we got the kid settled and didn’t want to move again. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I know we won’t ever come back. I do plan on going to the office again before we leave and ask a manger to come and look at the dirty place.
