We booked a motel room for a quick trip and i could not fault this place. Rooms have been renovated, they are spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was lovely and kitchenette facilities were fantastic. They even had free foxtel! Staff were very friendly and helpfull and the location was perfect, we walked to everything. I would highly recommend Newport Appartments and i will definately be returning.
The location and views are 5 stars definitely. The room we stayed in although spacious and nice, lacked basic maintenance and upkeep. The hot water system capacity was not great for the 5 of us. We had to have really quick showers so that everyone could get warm water in this cold weather. Definitely almost 5 star worthy.
a couple of weeks ago I called this place to book a weekend stay for my family and I when I was greeted by a person named Ben, he spoke absolutely atrociously to me over pricing and was extremely arrogant with the way he spoke. I have never in my 45 years of hotel experience ever come across such a rude person. I’d give 0 stars if I could.. NEVER AGAIN!! 👎🏻
