We had such a fantastic stay! Our 1BR suite was perfect for us and our teenage son who enjoyed having his own area and half bath, kitchen and balcony. The resort is so nice and small/quiet but has everything you need, and a ferry to Hamilton. Elbow beach is a lovely 20min walk. Taxis/scooters available if you prefer. The Aurora restaurant was fantastic and all of the staff were wonderful. We can’t wait to return!
Phenomenal location overlooking the harbor with beautiful boats and the city of Hamilton as your backdrop. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes, provided pots/pans should you choose to cook like we did. Comfy beds and linens with amazing day and night views of the harbor, sunsets, and city. Large bathrooms, jacuzzi tub, beach towels provided in room. We also had plenty of outside seating areas, both covered and uncovered. The (infinity) pool and hot tub were gorgeous and not cramped at all. There is a large covered area beside the pool containing a couple of chairs and a ping pong table, seemed underutilized. Would have been nice to see beautiful tables and chairs for the enjoyment of poolside seating, relaxing with food and beverages, out of the sun. The poolside bar was nice and our bartender was pleasant and made wonderful cocktails. We never made lunch or dinner at our restaurant, Aurora, but did enjoy a lovely breakfast on our last day. One free complimentary round of golf at the Belmont Golf Resort with free shuttle to/ from the hotel. We rented an electric 2-seater car and we were able to park in the provided on-site garage with no problem. All in all a wonderful 6-night stay and I would highly recommend this resort for being central to the Dockyards, St George, the beaches, and Hamilton!
Excellent service, congenial, familiar, and big authentic smiles. The room was large, minimalistic, with comfortable beds, pillows, and linens. Well thought out bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Uncomplicated decor, great tasting coffee. The Aurora restaurant, on-site, has a wonderful menu and larger than expected portions. When I ordered two appetizers, the server suggested I start with one, which was a good idea and much appreciated as I was pleasantly full. The tennis courts, pool, spa, and gym were well kept and busy. The location is well suited for those who don't want to be in the hustle, or have a car. Taxis are abundant, and shuttle service too. Walking wasn't suggested due to narrow roads and traffic. Overall a lot for the price, in comparison.
