I enjoyed every thing there: the rosy welcoming with hundreds of flowers made to make you feel the warmth of the place, the staff willingness to help. The room was spacious, sunny, having an amazing view at most of the Beverly Hills. Hotel staff responsiveness to service calls was phenomenal: few minutes were enough to have your request fulfilled. It was all perfect. If I were to recommend: think about having your breakfast a buffet and not “a la carte”, that would give the guest a more exciting experience.

I went to this hotel for the first time about fourteen years ago. After seeing the professionalism of the workers recognizing me when I would return, and the male workers in the front being able to pinpoint around the last time period that I had been there, I started going to the Four Seasons with the males that I was seriously dating if I wanted them to have longevity with me. I am careful about what I introduce the people that I care about to, so that is one of the biggest compliments that I can give a business. The servers have always been very professional and have had strong menu knowledge. I gave four stars instead of five stars because they took my favorite food that they carried off of the menu - it was a salmon appetizer with a raspberry sauce.
