Neya Lisboa Hotel

The hotel was great. Centrally located, modern and stylish. Well designed comfortable rooms and great facilities. The best thing about it was the staff who were super helpful, knowledgeable, warm and friendly and made our stay memorable. I was there on a business trip meeting up with 2 colleagues from other countries and they couldn't do enough to help us, ensuring everything went like clockwork. From a beach trip, to restaurant recommendations, to getting us to the event in style, we had a successful and fun trip thanks to them. Hugely recommended 🤩🌟

I have to say this hotel was a hidden gem. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond what I expected. It was a birthday stay and when I came in after a long day wine and cake was left for me in my room. That is incredible. Definitely recommend.

The worst hotel experience in Lisbon – avoid at all costs. Terrible service. It took forever to get my city tax refunded. I stayed in a twin room, but I was charged the city tax at check-in while the other guest wasn’t — the management is completely inconsistent and does things however they please. Because my conference ran late, I checked out a little after midnight (around 1 AM), but they still charged me for the following day’s city tax. Marco? Absolutely awful. I paid by card, but he refunded me in coins. Never again. Stay away.
