But at NG Phaselis Bay, there’s something more—something harder to define yet impossible to forget: the sense of being remembered. Even after years apart, conversations pick up right where they left off, laughter echoes with the same warmth, and you feel less like a guest and more like a friend who’s genuinely remembered. This year, it was heartwarming to be greeted by those familiar smiles—but what impressed us most was seeing how the hotel had elevated itself even further. From the very first day, subtle yet meaningful changes—both in the finer details and in the overall atmosphere—gave us the feeling, “This vacation is going to be special.”

We had amazing time in this hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind. Service was so good. We got more than we could ask for. I would recommend this hotel for a flawless family holiday experience. The kids club itself and the team members were so good with the kids. They took care of my two kids to well that they never wanted to say goodbye. It was the best holiday for the kids and ourselves as parents.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s really big and beautifully maintained, with an elegant atmosphere throughout. The staff were kind and always available whenever we needed anything, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The food was honestly the best I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. There was an incredible variety of dishes, with something new to try at every meal. From local specialties to international favorites, everything we tasted was delicious and freshly prepared. You can really tell they put a lot of thought into both the quality and the selection. It’s also a great place for families. There are staff members specifically looking after the kids, which is very reassuring, and there are two playgrounds where the little ones can have fun safely. The beach has a few rocks, but that didn’t really bother us. The pool and the spa area were so nice that we spent most of our time there anyway. The room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh bedsheets and everything in perfect order. The whole hotel was extremely clean and well cared for. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and superb vacation.
