NGE Stays Downtown Suites

We had a very difficult time with the FOB (electronic key which was needed for everything). not working. At one point it wouldn’t work at all. Security is just that and cannot help you with anything and were kind of rude when we asked. We reached out to condo owner via what’s app as they requested and no one EVER got back to us. We were stuck in building foyer for a while with no access until key started working again. We even tried calling the buzzer number and no one answered. There was a load of wet clothes left in washer. There was a broken lamp. They squished a full size bed in 2nd room and left you with no room to do anything. The blinds were broke and therefore had light shining in all night. Cold air was coming in near the windows and the bedroom was super cold. Also the 2nd lock was broke on door. We never received check out instructions… we just did what we thought made sense. None of the remotes for TVs would work. I’ve never felt pillows more firm… which was not comfortable. The location was convenient. This was our cheapest option for lodging and we took it … but still paid way too much for all of the issues. I’m sure condos vary by owner. We were not lucky.

STAY AWAY!! This tower (its not a hotel, its a residential tower full of airbnb's) is full of crime; the common areas are dirty, the elevators are constantly breaking down (and when they do work it takes 40mins to go up); the "security guards" are only there for the few residents that are still there...everything on tiktok about these towers is real.

Worst customer service. Man who answered the phone was rude, spoke over me and argued with me about the set up being deceptive. I was told the pictures were old and we would be sharing a common area, kitchen and bathroom with 7, 7!, other people. This is misleading, and unsafe.
