We checked out early due to noise issues with our neighbours, but the hotel's service was impeccable. Katy helped us with our early check out and kindly offered a partial refund which they did not have to do! Nghê Prana Hotel is such a wonderful place to stay — I absolutely loved my time here! The hotel has great facilities, including a clean and relaxing swimming pool, and a full breakfast spread that gives you a perfect start to the day. One of the best parts is that they offer free bicycles for guests, which makes it super easy to explore the area at your own pace. The view from the hotel is also stunning — you can watch the sunset over the river right in front of the property, which feels peaceful and magical. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! From the quality of the service to the comfort of the hotel itself, everything was excellent. Just note that the hotel is about 2 kilometers from the Ancient Town — not too far, but not right next door either. Still, with the free bikes, it’s an easy and enjoyable ride!

Our stay at this hotel was simply amazing. We initially booked for two nights but ended up adding a third because we felt so comfortable. A huge thank you to Katy for her warm and thoughtful welcome. Although it’s not right in the city center, the hotel offers free transportation to the Old Town, which is super convenient. And if you have a scooter, the location is perfect. The sunsets are absolutely stunning, and if you’re looking to explore by bike, the hotel also provides bicycles. All in all, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
