Staff was very friendly and were keen to help with any matter required. Location of hotel have cons and pros, highway is the factor you may need to rate based on your requirements. If you want peaceful neighborhood, then seek for something different because it’s noisy due to the cars. If you want to have quick access to city via taxi then it’s fine. Rooms are OK, however mine was a bit smelly. Would recommend for business trips.
Nice, clean hotel fairly priced with great beds and breakfast , well located...staff is pleasant ....Unfortunately, there are no international tv channels....they are all in Spanish with no subtitles .... I can't understand how this international chain of hotels (Minor Hotel)doesn't offer its clients international tv channels, i.e CNN, BBC, France 24, or else... it's a shame....shape up NH....
I’ve been coming several times they know my profile and they couldn’t offer a room with a queen or king size bed. Just bad customer service. I give them one star because isn’t posible to give 0 stars.
