We had a fantastic stay at NH Alicante! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options to choose from. We stayed in the suite with a view, and it was simply incredible: super clean, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. The lobby is stunning and welcoming, and we loved the panoramic lifts
Hotel was clean and facilities were amazing, the pictures we saw online for the hotel didn’t do it justice. Staff were lovely but didn’t bother to recommend nearby activities for tourists & had no information on our transfer. The hotel also couldn’t provide us with bath robes as this is for premium rooms only which is strange. It’s a 30/40 minute walk from the beach and shops but it was a quiet area.
The room is dirty, the walls are peeling, and the furniture is worn out. There is mold and rust in the bathroom. It smells like rotten clothes and dampness. The bedding is wet. The mattress is really bad, and the pillow feels like a brick. The hair dryer doesn't work, and the control button is broken. There are small insects on the nose. There is no drinking water, and the minibar is leaking.
