NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

I was extremely please with the room, and especially the service in received from the front desk staff. I arrived well behind schedule due to train delays in Germany, and despite it being 2:30 am I was greeted by a positive and energetic gentleman who offered to hold my bags and process my check in while I ran to McDonald’s across the street for a very late dinner. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the overall flow of the room, and how comfortable the bed was. I highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot thank the reception staff and manager enough! Check in process was seamless and we were able to get an early check in for an additional fee. We were given access to the room before the 9:00am early check in time, which was perfect. Room was comfortable and spacious (especially for Amsterdam). The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport running every half hour which is convenient. Big shout out to the reception team and manager who graciously helped me track down a bag I had left in the back of a taxi. They went out of their way to help, calling multiple taxi companies on our behalf to locate the driver and kept me in the loop with frequent updates. Extremely grateful for their help and kindness during a very stressful morning!

We needed to be close to the airport for our flight out the next day and this hotel was conveniently located close and had a free shuttle. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room upon arrival. The room was modern but some of the furniture needs replacing. That being said it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel itself could use a bit of sprucing up. The elevator carpets definitely need replacing. The breakfast was average considering the cost but had a nice omelette station. The fruit juices were watered down which was a disappointment and the selection of food was less than other NH Hotels. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
