We had a fantastic stay at NH Ancona for my birthday weekend! From the moment we arrived, we received a super warm welcome from the lovely and attentive staff. There’s even a welcome corner with water and sweets, which was such a nice touch. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and had everything we needed—kettle, bathrobes, toothbrushes, and all the amenities were eco-friendly, which we really appreciated. The location is also great, just a short walk to the city centre and with a beautiful view of the cathedrals. Highly recommend staying here—would definitely come back!
The hotel is placed on a hill with a beautiful view. Didn’t like the smell in the room. The furniture is very very old and smells badly. They should have change it, given the fact that the prices are not very low. The lobby looks nice, like any old hotel in Europe, and the breakfast is ok.
Be careful about the cleaner's behavior ！！First of all, the service from the front desk staff and the breakfast were great .But when I checked out, the strange cleaner knocked on the door once, and when I opened it, the person was gone. Then I forgot a pure linen white shirt in the closet ，When I checked out, the cleaner came to check the mini bar and clothes hangers in the room but did not inform the front desk. And when I asked the hotel, there was no lost and found information. Although the clothes are only 60 euros, I hope the hotel can strengthen management. This will be a major problem for the hotel and the guest.
