Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location. Excellent customer service from Nick and Adeel who accommodated us 24/7 with any help or assistance we needed. Upgraded us to the 2 bedroom Jacuzzi/Spa suite for the night which was epic and I would definitely recommend for future customers.

My 3rd time staying here maybe more! Less than 5 mins walk from everything stations - shopping centre and food places. The rooms are far better than other places in the city. Clean and good service, highly recommended.

I have been in the front of house and hospitality industry for seven years myself I am very well experienced in using serviced apartments in and around the Leeds Bradford area one thing I can say for sure is that these self-service apartments and studios are impeccable classy in the In decor, Clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. A smart moving flat screen tv, the most comfortable beds and throws. Toiletries and extras on request, Wi-Fi for multiple devices, fridge freezer and washing machine,and not to mention the lovely gentleman who looks after you when you’re there Nick. He was most professional and welcoming from arrival to departure there was nothing it was too much for him. The cleaning lady was also lovely (I’m sorry I forgot her name) just an overall simple classy safe and great environment. The price isn’t extremely reasonable with parking and close to all the centre amenities including the fabulous shopping plaza “Broadway” I have stayed here many times before and I will stay here many times again in the future! keep up the good work, your staff are a credit to you.
