Excellent location. Fantastic buffet breakfast selection - one of the best I've ever had. Big rooms with good bathroom. Could benefit from air conditioning in rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Our stay ended up being fine, but it got off to a rocky start. We arrived at 15:00 for check-in, but the process took much longer than expected because the system couldn’t locate our reservation for two rooms. After a lengthy wait, the staff managed to sort it out and gave us our keys. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had an unbearable smell in the bathroom, which meant another trip back to reception. Thankfully, they quickly provided us with a replacement room, and from that point on, everything went smoothly. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but overall, once the initial issues were resolved, our stay was comfortable. Something worth mentioning is that the hotel’s location is very convenient.
There is no air conditioning in the room. The window cannot be opened. And at the reception he explained to me that the standard rooms are without air conditioning. It's impossible to stay in the room. They do something about the standards and their explanations. They come with 50 people occupying over 20 rooms and you make fun of it. Do you think that the travel agency that contracted these rooms is not aware. I'll do my best not to stop sticking with you.
