Good central location with the bts nearby for convenient travel. Rooms were very comfy, clean and service was friendly, prompt and helpful. Had a great stay. Breakfast was quite delicious for a buffet style spread. Most items were seasoned well. The pool area was under renovation and the bar was missing though.
1. Facilities is old. My room located in 12F to the street. However, I can hear noise of horn and traffic from 6:00am~2:00am. If you're light sleeper, I don't recommend this. 2. Location is super, close to two metro station & T21. 3. Survey is delivered continously but poor design to reply to. Locked their email address. 4. Staffs are glad to help all the time. When check-out on Jul. 26, they forgot to offer me with the receipt because they though I booked from expedia...
Location of the hotel is nice. Staff are friendly. Rooms do not reflect "4 Star" hotel. More like an out-dated 2 star with one of the worst bathroom designs I've seen. The wall is a giant window with a rolldown shade that leaves a big gap to see through. It also sheds light into the bedroom so good luck not waking up others in the room and good luck not being seen in the morning when it's the only light on
