I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect — the place was very clean, well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would like to give special thanks to Peaw for her kindness and warm welcome. She made my experience even better. Truly appreciate her efforts! Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine care. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing experience. What made the stay truly memorable, however, was the outstanding service led by the hotel manager, May. She is an absolute gem — professional, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Her leadership clearly reflects in the high standards of service throughout the hotel. May’s kindness and dedication made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Thank you for everything, Mai and the entire team!

In terms of cleanliness, the room was absolutely spotless. Great transport links to the rest of Bangkok and plenty of shops around. Staff are very courteous. If I had to pick something negative. I would say the breakfast was lacking a little bit but definitely still impressive and worth the money. (Edit) since checking out I’ve had a few problems with stuff outside of their control and issues that were my mistake, have been attentive to my emails and have escalated the issues where needed
