On the whole this is a really good hotel as a base for Bergamo and Milan.. 5 minutes from bus and train station with several good restaurants around the corner. Whilst the rooms are a bit tired, the staff and service are superb. On a personal note can I thank you for the prompt action when we left our passports in the room. We got back to the airport in time and are home thanks to you.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The location was absolutely amazing, just 10 mins walking to the train station. The room was very beautiful and the beds was really good and cozy. The breakfast was amazing with fruits, bread, eggs and bacon, fresh juice and good coffee and much more. We managed to be the lucky guest which means our room got upgraded, which was a happy surprise!
Classy modern hotel close to the station. Popular with business people as well as tourists. Clean well-equipped rooms, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Front desk staff were really helpful and there were several local restaurants within easy walking distance.
