Nh Brugge

We had a wonderful stay here for a stopover on our way from the UK to The Netherlands. The hotel location was fantastic - only a couple of minutes away from the city centre set in a beautiful cobbled street. The staff were extremely helpful with lots of local tips of sights to see and places to eat. Our room was spacious beautifully clean and tidy - the beds were so comfortable and we all slept really well! I think the breakfast was the best I have ever had in terms of the choice and quality. Although there are some negative reviews on here in terms of the decor, we loved the traditional feel of the hotel which added to its charm and authenticity. Brugge itself is absolutely stunning and we all can’t wait to visit again.

We spent one night here, and it was perfect! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was the best AC i ever had in a hotel - quiet, very efficient. We were there when the temperature outside was +32, so it made a huge difference for our holiday.

Our stay was lovely but we were CHARGED TWICE for our room and they won’t refund us. Expedia has contacted them on more than one occasion, as did I, and nobody will fix the situation and issue us a refund. I brought it up at the front desk when we checked out and they said we should see a refund in a few days and we never did. It’s very concerning and disappointing. I think there is some sort of scam going on with this hotel.
