Had an overnight flight. Was such a great experience, surpassed my expectations. Spent the night there with my wife and kids and we all had such a lovely time. The rooms was spacious and great, the beds were very comfortable and service was great. The man is the bar was helpful when we needed milk for my little girl but had arrived at a time when stores were closed. Value for money was super here. I highly highly recommend!! Oh and it's super close to the airport, just 7mins and they gave us free shuttle services🙌🏾
The hotel is closely located to the airport. And they have a shuttle to take you to the hotel on arrival on the airport and will also take you back to the airport for departure. The front desk receptionists are friendly and full of smiles and polite. The waiters and waitresses are fast and friendly as well. Clean rooms and modern design and well ventilated and comfortable bed for a goodnight rest. The hotel is closely located to the train station and with easy link to the city center. Well insulated and no noise. Overall, excellent service with good menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Not a hotel we chose, it was where we had been booked as part of a coach tour holiday. Staff weren't very friendly. The room has a stylish look on opening the door but a quick inspection found dirty bed linen, duvet cover that didn't fit, dirty damaged cups and a stained chair. We requested milk for the room as there wasn't any, they said there was, we said there wasn't and they agreed to bring some. They were pods, we told them they were no good because we had a kettle, they said all the rooms had coffee machines. Well, ours had a kettle (as did many others in our group) they gave us a small glass of milk then said we'd have to buy it if we needed more. The kettle is on a cabinet with a glass shelf over it, not a very smart place to keep it. Bathroom is a death trap. The bath is not sloped at one end so you can't lie in it and recline. The shower surround leaks. There was no bathmat, we had to sacrifice a towel because of how wet the floor got. No non slip coating on the bath! and no rails to help you in an out safely, I nearly slipped trying to get out. We decided it wasn't worth the risk to our lives to use it again. The sink is outside the bathroom. So when you've used the lavatory you have to come out to wash your hands, like a public toilet. The door opens inwards and there is very little space to move around. If you do happen to slip whole you're in there people will struggle to get in to help you. Why not a full sized bathroom?! Beds were standard 'budget hotel' beds, medium firmness. Pillows were different sizes, one one mine was lumpy. if you need somewhere to stay before a flight or something then it's located nearby but I wouldn't recommend it as a holiday stay. I would not choose to stay here again.
