Excellent experience. I stayed four nights for an event at the European Commission . The staff is very courteous and helpful, in reception there is a showcase always available with fresh and healthy meals, salad, pasta, yoghurt with fruit, sandwiches, bars and snacks. Many things to drink . Welcome corner with sweets, fruit and water with lemon and mint. Friendly, attentive and professional staff.Comfortable and clean rooms with hand and body cream, hair conditioner always available. A very rich and varied breakfast with a large selection of teas and natural herbal teas. Very nice structure and located within walking distance of the European Commission, Parc Du Cinquantenaire and the stations . The rooms are basic, overall it was good. The bed was comfortable, TV program was very boring and not many options. Remote control didn’t work properly and I had to shift channels with up and down button. Only two elevators with maximum capacity of 4, and the wait time is long. We were afraid that we’ll be later for our appointment. Location is amazing, closed to the EU. About 2.5 km from central station. Airport bus #12 is next door. The rooms are quiet, but ai was able to hear an alarm from the room next door.

It was a pretty good hotel. I liked the staff and amenities of the hotel. Room was nice and spacious and the location of the hotel is very good - city centre is only 5 stations away. Overall it was a positive experience. I am giving it 4 stars because of two reasons 1. The breakfast was very nice initially but then there was no change in menu for 3 days and by the last day I got super bored of it. So maybe some changes in menu would be appreciated. 2. The bed in single room was not the best one - the smaller mattress kept sliding so it was a bit uncomfortable for me.
