I recently stayed at NH Stephanie with my son and cousin. I was more than satisfied with my experience. The staff made me feel incredibly welcomed, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely and helpful. My phone charger broke on arrival and they provided me with one for the duration of my stay, which I was grateful for. I appreciated how clean and tidy everything was in the room. Overall, this was a fantastic stay.
The location of the hotel is amazing. You are very close to the subway and to other major parts of the city(Most within a 10 minute walk). The staff is excellent. The receptionist, Pablo, was very knowledgeable and gave us a bunch of places to go to. Excellent stay and city! Thank you Pablo!
This hotel shares a street with nightclubs. We stayed on a Friday night. The staff were lovely. The beds were lovely. We heard screaming laughing shouting and cars revving all night. 10pm until 6am. No sleep at all.
